ZenLue is accepting pilot inquiries. Live SMS and missed-call automation remain subject to technical and carrier approval.
How ZenLue is designed to work

Your customers call. You keep working.

Your existing business number remains where customers start. For eligible missed calls, ZenLue's planned workflow continues the conversation by ordinary SMS and makes the request visible to you.

Missed-call textback is not live yet. This page describes the intended pilot workflow, not currently active phone answering or an offer to text every caller.

01 · CALL

The customer calls the business

Your existing number rings like it always has. You're busy serving someone, working on site, or unable to pick up.

02 · FOLLOW UP

ZenLue handles an eligible text follow-up

If no-answer forwarding works, the caller already consented to SMS, and messaging is approved, ZenLue can ask what they need and collect the details.

03 · STAY INFORMED

You continue working

Your dashboard shows the conversation and captured inquiry. You can take over or contact the customer when your work allows.

Before your first launch

What has to happen before “They call, ZenLue texts” goes live?

Missed-call detection and SMS recovery are part of ZenLue’s intended service, but are not yet generally available. They require the individual business’s carrier to support compatible no-answer forwarding, successful phone testing and an approved, documented SMS consent process. A phone call alone does not grant permission for an automated text.

Forwarded calls must not silently eliminate a business’s voicemail. We will only offer a tested configuration we can safely support.

What to expect

A real onboarding process, not a magic switch.

We review your business

Services, hours, coverage areas, common questions, owner escalation preferences and existing phone setup.

We confirm permissions

Messaging registration, appropriate opt-in/opt-out disclosures, brand identity and carrier compatibility.

We test the configured use case

Controlled test conversations, authorized owner access, and validation of unsupported actions and safe failures.

Owner approves activation

No real customer traffic until critical technical, payment, consent and operational gates are satisfied.
