Website terms of use
Terms for exploring our website and illustrative materials. Client subscription terms will be supplied separately.
Effective: October 20, 2026
1. Purpose of this website
This website provides general information about ZenLue, a customer-communication and workflow software business in pre-launch pilot preparation. Descriptions of planned products, demonstrations, features and availability are informational; they do not form a promise of service or a contract.
2. Not a live messaging service or payment page
No SMS messages, real appointments or payments are initiated on this website. The interactive demo is prewritten, runs only inside your browser and does not connect to Twilio or a customer account. Features in development, including missed-call recovery and business-specific booking automation, are subject to technical readiness, phone compatibility, regulatory registration, consent, and written approval.
3. Service subscriptions
Displayed $499 setup and $199/month amounts are proposed starting prices only. They do not themselves establish a subscription. Provider registration, phone numbers, message usage, taxes, custom integrations, refunds, cancellations, service-level terms and implementation schedules must be confirmed in a separate signed customer Service Order or agreement before charges.
4. Your use of this website
You may view these pages and share links for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with site operation, misrepresent ZenLue's relationship with third parties, or use examples on this site as evidence that actual messages, appointments or payments were created.
5. Third-party links
Links may lead to Instagram or other independently operated services. ZenLue is not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.
6. No performance or delivery guarantee
Information is provided as available and may change. This website does not guarantee uninterrupted access, delivery of text messages, phone forwarding compatibility, booking availability, outcomes, or timing. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent through a future approved messaging program.
7. Privacy and messaging policies
See our Privacy Policy and SMS & Consent Policy. Any business-specific active text-messaging program must also supply required sender-specific terms and consent disclosures.
8. Contact
