Our policies

Privacy policy

Plain-language information about this website and the planned handling of business messaging data.

Effective: October 20, 2026

This policy describes this informational website and the intended handling of messages in future ZenLue-supported business messaging services. ZenLue is currently preparing controlled pilots; this website does not presently enroll people into SMS programs or take payments.

1. Who we are

ZenLue (“we,” “our”) is a software business preparing a customer conversation and lead-management service for other businesses. You can reach us via Instagram @zenlue.de.

2. Information this website collects

This website contains static pages and a local, illustrative text-message demo. It does not contain a registration form, payment form, newsletter signup, or a phone-number collection form. Its interactive demo runs in your browser; the example conversations are prewritten and are not sent to our server. Our hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as IP address and request information, necessary to deliver and secure pages. This site does not intentionally install analytics or advertising tracking cookies.

3. When you contact us

If you use a link to send us an Instagram direct message, the information you voluntarily provide is processed by Instagram and by ZenLue when we read and respond to the message. Instagram's own privacy policy also applies. Please do not send financial account numbers, social security numbers, passwords or sensitive identifying documents through Instagram.

4. Business-customer SMS data, if service is activated

When ZenLue is authorized by a business and a messaging service is actually activated, the business is responsible for the identity and lawful messaging basis for its customer communications. Depending on configuration, records can include phone numbers, submitted text content, timestamps, opt-in/opt-out state, delivery metadata, assigned staff and customer-request details. Such information would be used to deliver and support the requested business messaging service, to respect STOP/HELP requests, to maintain message records, and to investigate service or security problems.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging data may be processed by contracted hosting, telecom and service providers as necessary to operate and support an authorized messaging program, subject to their role as service providers rather than independent marketers.

5. SMS notices

Any future approved texting program will identify the actual sending business and its messaging terms. Message frequency varies based on inquiries and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance where the program is active and the supported commands have been configured. A missed call alone does not mean the caller has agreed to receive automated texts. This website currently provides no SMS opt-in mechanism.

6. Security, retention and rights

We intend to use restricted staff access and other reasonable operational safeguards in future messaging services. Information is retained only as needed for the relevant service, legitimate operational and compliance purposes, or legal requirements; specific service retention periods will be detailed in business agreements. To request assistance about information sent to us on Instagram, contact us there. For messages sent to an independent business using ZenLue, contact that business first, since it is the party communicating with you.

7. Changes

We may update this notice as our software and operations develop. A dated replacement will appear on this page.

Before live A2P messaging registration: the sending business, actual consent experience, customer support channel and text program disclosures must be verified. This website policy alone does not establish a compliant messaging campaign.
