The scheduling engine checks service duration, business hours, time off, booked appointments and buffers before offering a time.
If all policy and availability checks pass, the production workflow is designed to confirm the booking. Anything uncertain needs review.
For a contractor, the useful next step might be an estimate request. For a cleaner, it might be service details. For a salon, it might be an appointment inquiry.
ZenLue is designed around configured rules and owner handoffs—not automatic commitments the business hasn't approved.
