SMS & consent policy
Transparency about who may text customers, when, and what must be approved before launch.
Messaging program: not yet active
ZenLue provides software intended to help independent businesses communicate with their own customers. This page describes our planned operating rules; it is not an invitation to enroll in a live ZenLue SMS campaign.
Who sends the messages?
For a future activated program, the actual business contacting its customer is the sender. Its legally registered brand, phone number, messaging campaign, contact method, and consent records must be verified before messaging begins. A ZenLue software subscription does not authorize texting people on behalf of a business.
How do recipients consent?
SMS messages will only be sent when the applicable business has a legitimate, documented basis and the required consent for that message type. Opt-in instructions must identify the sending business, purpose, expected message frequency, applicable terms, and available opt-out/help instructions. ZenLue does not treat merely calling a phone number as an opt-in to unsolicited automated texts. This website does not enroll consumers in an SMS messaging program. Its business setup form requires the existing number customers call and may collect a separate owner contact number to evaluate setup and respond to the request. Submitting either number is not consent to call forwarding, promotional messaging, or an activated SMS program.
What messages might be sent?
Subject to approval and consent, supported business programs may include replies to customer-initiated inquiries, service-request follow-up, scheduling information, appointment notices, and human contact requests. Promotional messages, if ever enabled, would require their own appropriately reviewed consent and campaign classification.
Message frequency and fees
Message frequency varies with customer requests and business operations. Message and data rates may apply. ZenLue does not charge a consumer merely for receiving a standard business SMS, though the consumer's own phone carrier may charge them.
Opt-out and help
For a future active participating SMS program, recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, according to that business's approved configuration. A business should also provide a clear human support contact. The current ZenLue website has no number available for SMS signup or HELP requests; contact ZenLue via @zenlue.de on Instagram for general business questions.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Messaging service providers may process data necessary to deliver the requested communication.
Before launch
Each participating business must have its own legally accurate information, an approved messaging program and registration, working opt-in proof, tested STOP/HELP replies and actual owner approval. These conditions have not yet been independently proven for a live ZenLue customer.
